Instruments Maintenance and Repair

All surgical instruments should be checked, serviced and, if necessary, repaired at regular intervals.

With our repair service, we check and repair your instruments so that we can return back them to you in excellent conditions. This guarantees long-lasting functionality, permanent labeling and absolute safety in accordance with the Medical Device Directive 93/42 / EEC and EN ISO 13485 at a fraction of the cost of a comparable new product.

Our repair service guarantees a short processing time and applies to all reusable Albert Heiss instruments.

Please note that only cleaned and sterilized instruments may be returned to us. When sending in your repairs, please enclose this retrun form with the shipment.
